How to find a project and track its progress

To find a project, go to Projects section by clicking  on the upper ribbon or Projects section on the Dashboard.

In Projects section you can see all ongoing projects. Blue indication shows percentage of completion, calculated as a completed to total number of tasks ratio. When all tasks in a project are completed, the line is hundred per cent blue. Whenever there is an overdue task, the line is red.

Overall number of tasks in the project and their current status are displayed in Total, Completed, Last Week, Overdue, Issue columns.

To instantly view all tasks, track progress and due dates without opening a project separately, click on the field with the project’s name.

To start working with a project, click on its title to open the Project’s tab . If all tasks have deadlines, Gantt chart tab will open. If not, you will see all tasks listed. When there are numerous tasks in a project, you can hide the completed tasks by unticking Show completed tasksTo open a task, click on its title to be directed to its page, double-click to open task’s tab with full information: assignee, deadline, current status, planned and actual time.

To access project’s main tab, click  at the top right corner. There you can view and add comments on the project, add actual time spent, attach files and URLs.

Supervisors can view all projects across the company.
