How to create a task

You can create tasks and set due dates for them. For all your tasks go to My Tasks and All Tasks sections. 

  1. To create a task, click    at the top right hand corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter the task name, fill in the description field (if necessary), attach any files, URL links, or SharePoint objects (files, folders, tasks), add tags, enter estimated hours for time tracking (if applicable) and set the deadline. If you have no deadline for this task, just choose No Date. Also you can define if this task requires your approval (this option must be enabled by your system admin on the company level).
  3. Click  . The task is automatically assigned to you. If you want to assign a task to your teammate, select his/her last name in To: field.
